What are the qualifications to live there?
Your monthly gross income must be equal to or greater than 3 times the monthly rent amount, a credit and criminal background check will be completed, as well as a rental verification by your former landlord.
Are bills included?
No, each resident will pay for their own electricity (must be placed in your name through OGE), water/sewer/trash are allocated monthly (your bill will fluctuate) and paid to Stonebrook with your rent.
Do I have to have insurance?
Yes, we require that you carry $100,000 in personal liability coverage. We offer liability insurance for $12 a month-this does not cover your personal property in the event that you need to make a claim.
